Alexia at her Prom

The IWL has been helping Alexia since she was a preteen and this year she celebrated prom night at her school in Staten Island. She has spastic quad cerebral palsy, seizures and shunted hydrocephalus. The League has helped her over the years with adaptive bikes and wheelchair lifts. This year, we provided $4,500 towards a new, adult adaptive bike.
