OUR MISSION
The Italian Welfare League has been
ministering to the needs of Italian
New Yorkers and their families.
Today, we continue to contribute richly
to the Italian American communities of
New York and greater metropolitan area.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Since the year 2001, the League
has raised and donated approximately
$3,000,000 to its growing family of
Bambini. In addition to individual cases, grants have been made.
HISTORY
The Italian Welfare League traces its beginnings to the resettlement work of the American Red Cross's Italian Committee at the end of the First World War. At the time, thousands of italians had just returned.
