Adaptive Bikes Help Special Needs Kids

The IWL has helped many special needs children enjoy the outdoors with adaptive bikes. Here's a note from the parents of Penelope who has very rare genetic disorder called Emanuel Syndrome, which causes low muscle tone and global developmental delays.
