Meet Our Honorees!
Liz Maccie is an accomplished screenwriter, producer and young adult author. Most recently, she wrote the screenplay for the well-known Netflix film, “Nonnas”, and has just completed writing the upcoming 4th season of “My Life with the Walter Boys”, a popular teen show on Netflix.
Dr. Howard A. Riina is Director of Clinical Innovation at NYU Langone Health, the Lucius N. Littauer Professor of Neurosurgery, and Vice Chairman, Department of Neurosurgery, at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
This year, the IWL's annual Luncheon will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026 at the Metropolitan Club, 1 East 60th Street.
The Autumn in New York luncheon is our primary means of raising funds which are distributed throughout the year to children of Italian descent who are in need.
